National Symposium

The National Task Force is hosting a National Symposium on January 28-29, 2010 at the Sheraton Hotel in Ottawa.

The goals of the National Symposium are:

To provide a forum for Academic Health Science Centres and stakeholder groups to discuss the findings contained in the National Task Force’s report;
To provide a forum for Academic Health Science Centres and stakeholder groups to review and comment on the draft recommendations offered by the National Task Force.
To explore the support and commitment for the proposed implementation strategy.

This meeting is a unique opportunity for leaders from the across the health education, and research and innovation sectors to meet and shape the future of Canada’s Academic Health Science Centres.
